Shipping policy

Where we ship: within Australia only.

Cost: standard shipping is free on every order.

Delivery times: your printer and sticker rolls ship from our supplier’s overseas warehouse. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days and arrive within 7–12 business days. Delivery can take a little longer around Christmas and other busy periods.

Tracking: we’ll email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to start updating.

Your digital library: your library link arrives by email straight after you order, so you can explore the designs while your printer is on its way.

Lost or late parcels: if your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, email gracenotesau@gmail.com and we’ll track it down, then send a replacement or refund you.

Clear sticker rolls: if you add them, they may arrive in a separate parcel.
