Refund policy

Grace Notes is an Australian brand. We want you to love your kit, and our goods come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, damaged or not as described
If your printer arrives faulty or damaged, stops working in normal use, or isn’t what we described, email us at gracenotesau@gmail.com as soon as you notice, with your order number and a photo or short video. We’ll replace it or refund you. If we need the item back, we’ll cover the return postage. For a major failure, you can choose a refund or a replacement.

Change of mind
We don’t accept change-of-mind returns, as each printer ships directly from our supplier’s warehouse. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your digital library
Your design library is delivered by email as soon as you order. Because it can’t be returned, we don’t offer change-of-mind refunds on the library. If a link or file doesn’t work, contact us and we’ll fix it straight away.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
